Samantha (Sam-E… not Sam, never Sam) is an award-winning producer and filmmaker who creates compelling, deeply human narratives across short form. Driven by a mission to champion underrepresented voices both on screen and behind the camera, she leverages her perspective as an autistic filmmaker with ADHD and ME/CFS to tell authentic, transformative stories.

Her work is backed by prestige funders including the BFI Network, Art Fund, British Council, and Screen Cornwall. In the commercial sphere, she has produced high-impact campaigns for global powerhouses such as Deloitte, Red Bull, Adidas, Cooke, and Avanti West Coast.

Sam-E’s current narrative slate features a powerhouse lineup of BAFTA/BIFA-qualifying short films. Highlights include SCOPE (dir. Emma Moffat) (Winner of Best Thriller at Aesthetica 2025), SKIN DEEP (dir. Hector Bell), THE BIRTH OF A MALL GOTH, and BFI Network-funded titles MEAT RAFFLE (dir. Stuart Armstrong) and IN DREAMING (dir. Kristina Pringle). With her latest comedy short PARASOCIAL and Screen Cornwall-backed ENEVAL (dir. Katie Burdon) hitting the festival circuit, Sam-E continues to cement her status as a bold, visionary force in independent cinema.
